Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 MK2 - Random noise

I’ve been using a Komplete Audio 6 MK2 audio interface for about six months. Recently, it has started to produce random noise, which is quite bothersome. I’ve done thorough checks, including updating the firmware, and have even tested it on three different computers. Have I missed a step in troubleshooting, or do I possibly have a defective unit? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Hello,

    if you have the problem also on different computers then it's most likely that the unit is defective. Is it on all outputs or just headphones? I would also contact the seller and describe the issue.
