Does anyone use KompleteKontrol MK3 with Studio one?

Im real very disappointed. It's working ABSOLUTELY worthless. Hanging up hundred times. Not able to go back to the DAW mode. Waiting 10 seconds to open a plugin. Wow….

    Well hang on a sec - clearly that's not normal, and something is the matter.

    Before I dive in - have you opened a support ticket?

    Hi…thanks for your answer. No, I didn't open a support ticket. In The meanwhile. I read somewhere (I didn't see that in the manual of KK mk3, that I should open the Komplete - Kontrol standalone, an the machine standalone software one time, to be able to get some sounds or something. I did that, and now it feels better….what I can say in the moment is, that (I have opened 2 Kontakts and one Komplete Kontrol track…) that the display oh the keyboard is following, when I switch between Kontakt and Komplete-Kontrol, but not following between the 2 Kontakt tracks)…but I will learn and test…and come back to you with a support ticket, when I know more.     I don't know if it's in the user guides, but it has always been standard operating procedure to open the apps standalone first and confirm your MIDI settings.

    If you are a brand-new user, you can be forgiven for not knowing that.

    Anyhow, if it's still misbehaving and you need to come back with more info, here are some things that we'll need to know. Maybe it will save time by eliminating a few "back and forth" messages here on the forum.

    • What OS and what version?
    • What DAW and what version?
    • If multiple DAWS, does it misbehave in the same way for each, or are the behaviors different…and how are they different?
    • Does the thing that's not working, not work in both standalone AND the plugin? If "no", which one does it work in/not work in, and specifically what is happening?

    I have an additional question. Well, two really.

    1. What computer and chipset are you using?
    2. Could you open a support ticket? That would allow them to extensively root cause.
