I am having problems Installing and updating Reaktor 6 I have followed all the help articles however when my system is rebooted the same issue occurs. I have attached a screenshot of system settings that seem to suggest that I am correctly ensuring Native Access and NKS Deamon have full disk access. Can anyone advise?

Alright, it seems like a demo issue, can you please try this workaround:

If you have made sure you are logged in with the correct email address, please go to the following directories listed below that pertains to your operating system:

    For Mac:
Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

    For Windows:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

Then delete the following .xml files:
    Native Access.xml
NAME OF PRODUCT IN DEMO MODE.xml

Should that not help either, please go to the following article and thoroughly go through all the steps to make sure you get the desired result:

Native Access Error Message: "Activation failed...Internal error during activation"

Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.

Please let me know about the results☺️

    Hello again Gaz,

Can you please try this workaround:

    • close NA
    • delete these folders:

Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > Native Access
    Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > installed_products

Does your Reaktor still listed as demo?
