I've hit refresh several times, loged in and out a few times, but nada. The upgrade I just purchased isn't showing up. Any suggestions?
ah so I had to download the Native Access 2…no clue why as the older one I had never told me to update. That seems to have solved it. :-)
I guess, you have enter Licence Number to NA. And if you do not know Licence Number, you will find it in your NI account.
If I remember well, it will be listed on the very top under not registered licences (or something like that).
