It takes forever to download, what happens?

Somehow one of my instruments, it is downloading to a certain point and then it just stopped downloading. How can I solve this?

    Thanks Jeremy. the problem has solved when i wake up the day next and suddenly i can download the software.

    Is this happening for only one instrument? All the other ones download without a problem? What product is it exactly?
