Two different serial numbers on 1 S88 MK3 Keyboard

THe S/N that popped up on my brand new S88 MK3 keyboard is different that the S/N on the bottom of the keyboard and card that came inside the MK3 box. That seems like a future warranty issue just waiting to happen. Thoughts?,
