Clipping and high CPU in GR7
I just bought Guitar Rig 7 and noticed high CPU usage spiking over 30% on certain presets. There is also a clipping/clicking type of sound on occasion. I noticed today that every single preset where I notice this (whether it's factory preset or one I have built or modified) has the EVH Van 51 amp in the rack, which I love and use quite a bit. I don't think I've noticed it anywhere else while exploring factory presets or going through my new presets that do not contain the Van 51 amp. Has anyone else encountered this? I have an open ticket and believe this may be a bug with the amp if it's not happening anywhere else. I have even encountered the clicking noise when not playing my guitar and simply adjusting a gain knob on the Van 51 amp. Any advice would be appreciated.
