40s very own keys not working and goes to demo mode

Recently the 40s very own keys instrument on kontakt stop playing and doesn't show up in the list of available instruments and cant find the library, when I search the library it goes into demo mode and does not work.. What is going on with this, I have deleted the XML file for it and tried to restart it, I even reinstalled the instrument to no avail… is there a solution? is native aware of this issue? help plese
