komplete kontrol (latest version) -reaper (latest version) issues

komplete kontrol is not even showing on Reaper while adding FX, and while launching komplete kontrol on standalone version only a handful of plugins are shown (I've got collector's edition, so…)

Also kontakt 7 was working and I just updated it and is not showing up either, hahahaaa

Any help is welcomed, thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Paulus, are you able to open Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol in standalone?

Regarding Komplete Kontrol, if you reset the database, as explained here: KOMPLETE KONTROL Crashes Do uou get all youyr products back?

Did you move files after installlation of the previous versions? Here's a little reminder of how to deal with plugins in Reaper: Plug-in Administration in Reaper

Hi Jeremy, ♥️ thanks for your time answering back, it's really appreciated. i have gone through all the points of the following link : "komplete kontrol crashes" and still only 40 plugins are showing on komplete kontrol, which is working now both on standalon and on reaper, but missing plugins are the issue now…

To your question: "Did you move files after installlation of the previous versions?" No, I didn't, I finished my last album so I didn't have any pending projects, so I installed an SSD 2 TB drive to host collector's edition better and faster, so I installed Reaper and NI from scratch.

I also checked " plugin administration on reaper" everything's right on that part.

Kontakt 7 seems to be working fine on standalone mode, but is not showing up on reaper (all plugins showing)
Kontakt is working on reaper and apparently displays all the collectors edition plugins

Quite mysterious the whole business 😂

Ok, what products are missing in Komplete Kontrol? Are these showing i n Kontakt in standalone?

Even after the Komplete Kontrol crashes steps, the Komplete Kontrol plug-in is not showing in Reaper as well?

If you follow these steps: Kontakt Crashes

Then open Kontakt in standalone, close it, open Reaper, still no VST3 for Kontakt 7?

Hi Jeremy, I followed all the "kontakt crashes "steps, and the situation is as follows:

On standalone mode:

1- Kontakt shows 101 plugins (I guess all collector's edition's)

2 Kontakt 7 is showing 25 plugins

3- Komplete Kontrol is showing 40 plugins

On Reaper:

1- Kontakt is showing 101 plugins

2 Kontakt 7 is not appearing

3- Komplete Kontrol is showing 40 plugins

Should I delete both reaper and NI and give it all a fresh install? will it work? I'm hearing reaper is having issues with the latest NI updates, shoul change my DAW? Would abbleton live work better? thanks dude! big hugs! 💚

@Paulus Could you be more specific? There are several kinds of products (that you seem to call plugins). Some are Kontakt libraries, some are expansions, some are effects, etc…What is missing exactly?

Ok, the first issue right now is that kontakt 7 is not showing on reaper.

The second one is that there is a big difference between the number of "products" that kontakt is able to play (101) and the ones that KOMPLETE KONTROL is showing (40) (the app that I preferably use since I have de S88 keyboard) and I don't think that's normal.

For instance I can play "INDIA" on Kontakt but not on KOMPLETE KONTROL, and that goes for several other products.

@Paulus For the libraries missing from Kontakt 7, please reset the database of Kontakt 7:

Click the Windows start button at the bottom left of your screen.
Type "%localappdata%" and click the option that appears.
Navigate to the Native Instruments folder.
Then delete the following folder: "Kontakt 7"

Make sure to run Kontakt 7 as admin: How to Run a Program as an Administrator

If that still doesn't work, how do these products show in Native Access? Installed? Repair sign?

For Kontakt 7 not showing in Reaper. Please uninstall it: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Windows Computer

Then reinstall it with Native Access. Open it in standalone, then try in Reaper.

I would like to using the Komplete control last verion 64 bit With reaper, but is only show the version 32bit, why happen this? , I have read here some solution and have try to do according the indication, but always see only Komplete Kontrol 32 bit.
