not hearing any sounds in the sample window

For the past 2 months, I haven't been able to hear sound in the sample panel or wave editor.

What do you think i'm doing wrong

    @Joseph Spenser Jackson Unfortunately the picture you provided is not visible anymore.

    Are you trying to edit or create a Kontakt instrument?

    So when you hit the white key here you don't get any sound?

    What about when you hit the blue key?
