No pictures after downloading Session Percussionist or Schema Light...

After downloading both Session Percussionist and Schema Light with Native Access, I don't have the picture for either of them in both Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol…I have uninstalled not only Session Percussionist and Schema Light and then installed them again, but have done the same for Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol…same problem.

Below are 2 pictures of what I get when the library comes up, it is a file picture…

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    What does Native Access have to say regarding those two libraries?

    I can sometimes get the libraries to work for me after a bit, but still no pictures for some reason…
