Transfer id is not valid

I just brought a komplete kontrol a49 keyboard from guitar Center and it had a transfer id stuck to it.. I tried to enter it in my account and it would not work not sure if im replacing the o for 0 or what but I tried all different ways and still nothing... may I get help with those this?

    All issues regarding serials and registration are handled exclusively by N.I. Account Support .

    NO

    6 Have you bought it from a shop (Guitar Center, Sweetwater, Thomann, etc.) or from a private person (Ebay, Facebook, etc.)?

    Shop

    7 Please upload a photo of the invoice or receipt from the shop.

    This is the opening of your ticket described in ONE line so INCLUDE transfer ID and serial and your purchase receipt,

    You have to take the rest from there yourself since I can not start opening empty tickets just to make a guide for you.
