Hello everyone, for several days, I have been trying to find a solution to a problem that I am encountering, with Komplete Kontrol and with KONTAKT, I specify that all my software runs with Windows 11.

When I launch Komplete Kontrol in standalone, it opens without problems, the same if I launch Komplete Kontrol using Ableton Live 11 Standard, only at the top of the Komplete Kontrol window previously, there were three small music theory notes which appeared blue or white in color and now instead there are three lines, normally using the "SCALE Edit" key on the top of my S49 mk2 keyboard I get the same result. When this window is on the screen, previously I could display these little notes, now impossible. So I was wondering if I should uninstall Komplete Kontrol and reinstall it, only if I have to redo the installation of Komplete Kontrol, is it possible to redo this installation without losing all the KONTACT libraries.

Hoping that someone among you will have a solution to offer me so that I can get out of this mess. Being a NOVICE in the field of computer music, I admit despite hours of research that I have not found any solution.

A big THANK YOU in advance if anyone among you has a solution to offer me.

It's not clear what you're trying to do. If you want to enable the settings of the key assist on your keyboard you would normally press the shift and scale buttons simultaneously on your keyboard once you have your settings dialed in or deselect and select the Scale button on the interface. I have no idea what you're talking about as far as the three little notes, but that's how this version works with key assist.

    Hello DunedinDragon,

Hello DunedinDragon,I just read your answer, and it doesn't really provide me with the solution. In the previous message, I explained that after starting Ableton Live 11 Standard, in the Live browser, I chose Native Instruments, there I chose Komplete Kontrol which I sent to the Live drop zone. From there, I choose an instrument "Electric Sunburst Delux" see attachments [image N°01] at the top of this image, a small blue icon appears, attachments [image N°02] previously I could make three appear little musical notes. Normally, I think, before I could get these three little notes, as soon as Komplet Kontrol was started and I pressed the BROSWER key on the S49 mk2 keyboard. Now, when I press the BOSWER key on the keyboard, the broswer appears on the keyboard display, but it does not appear on the display on my monitor [image 03] with "Electric Sunburst Delux" instrument therefore, I admit that from there, I was lost, I don't know if I did something wrong or if there was another problem. After doing a lot of research, I can't find a solution, I'm even wondering if I shouldn't do a complete installation of Komplet Kontrol, only I don't know if it would be a good solution given that in plus, I would also have to reinstall all the libraries and frankly the IT as it is not my Ingres fiddle!!!Hoping that my problem will be a little better explained and more understandable for you. if you have a solution I admit that it would be a real pain in my side, as they said in France. In advance, thank you…………………Christian

It's still a bit confusing because none of your screen images came through, but when you drop KK onto a track in Ableton and load an instrument library it normally appears in the drop area as follows:

To get it to display on your computer monitor you have select the wrench icon and it appears in a normal KK display popup window as shown below. Are you saying you don't have the popup wrench displayed?
