guitar Rig 7 Presets not loading

I use Logic pro x and a MacOS.

I tried to re-download multiple times and restarted my computer and the daw but no luck. I see the actual presets in the folder under application so maybe I have to move them ? If anyone knows how to fix this please help, thanks.

Did you move folders and files after installation? Some of these folders should not be located here. That could explain the loss of presets.

I'd recommend to uninstall Guitar Rig 7 completely following these guidelines: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

Also reset the database as explained in this article: Guitar Rig Crashes at Startup

Then reinstall Guitar Rig 7 and do not move any folders or files afterwards.
