Problems with Native Access 3.11.1

I just purchased Kontakt Komplete Ultimate 14. So lots of downloading of new instruments etc. I experience quite a lot of problems on mij MacBook Pro M1 (Sonoma 14.5) in combination with Native Access 3.11.1

It works if I do the downloads one at a time. So no queuing and it only works if my MacBook does not go into sleep modus. Any disruption means starting the whole download anew. Continuing on a broken download somehow never restarts.

Queuing multiple downloads also doesn't work. It seems to halt on install of the first download in line. Removing the queu resolves the problem and the install is finalized.

Native Access 1 always worked much better. But there I get an error message during install. Similar to another post on this forum (search on lores-an-error-occurred-while-running-the-installer). Seems I am not allowed to share the link as a newby…aargh

So all in all not such a good experience with Native Access 2. Any tips are welcome. Or people with similar experiences. Meanwhile I will do all installations one-by-one.

Do the installs one at a time.

But if you are using wi-fi for this - expect it take a long time.

Wired ethernet will make a world of difference.

I installed collectors edition by telling it to install everything (then stopping the few things I didn’t want installed)

Mine also stopped when screen went off.

Like you, if it stopped, mine wouldn’t restart either.

I went into settings and I think, Lock screen, and set the options for it to go to sleep/turn screen off etc (not on Mac now, can’t remember exact wording, options at the top) to Never, it then installed fine , I left it running over night (remember to change settings back afterwards)

Mines a MacBook Pro M1 with M1 Pro, and everything was installed to an external ssd

Thanks for the comments. I also install on an external drive and have the downloads to another external drive and have a wired connection. But setting of sleep modus is a simple yet effective solution. Thanks!
