Komplete 14 issues

Hi, I recently bought komplete 14 standard off of Thomann. When i try to use the serial number it shows the message that i do not have the basis product. The guides on native aren't helping me resolve this issue at all.

I hope someone in here has had the same issue and can share how they resolved it. Thanks!

    Double check you didn't buy an 'upgrade' vs the 'base' product. Common issue. If that is not the issue, pardon my butting in! :)

    As Simchris pointed out then the Updates and Upgrades require a base product. Updates require an earlier version of same product tier (earlier Standard) , the Upgrade to Standard requires Komplete Select. If you have neither then you can ask Thomann if they will give you a refund, but if they will actually do so is up to store policy. Or if you bought an Upgrade then you can buy a Komplete Select at the sale on N.I. shop or alternatively buy hardware that comes bundled with Select.
