Disappeared presets except 4 in Guitar rig 7

After installing Cubase LE, Almost all presets disappeared. I reinstalled NI and Guitar rig7 hundreds of times. Still have the same problem.

What should I do?

How can I put things back to normal?

    Well, maybe I misunderstood the issue but I see you selected the Guitar tag and you're looking for acoustic in the name of the presets, if I do the same, I get the same short list of presets. Removing these and you'll get the full list of presets back:
