Like others on here, I recently purchased a brand new Maschine MK3 only to find out that the serial number is not working. I put in a trouble ticket but with the holidays and the weekend I've heard nothing back. I will have to return it soon if I don't hear anything to validate the return policy. Hoping there is some way my ticket can get expedited. I bought it to help with a project I'm currently working on and so far it's been a brick as I cannot activate it. Any help would be appreciated.
