komplete kontrol keyboard not showing all the cool stuff

Lately , probably the last 10 NI libraries I've bought don't come with the nice color logo of the library and all the great graphics that came with the older libraries. Is there a way to get all ion the graphic bells and whistles in the new libraries?

Try these trouble-shooters (you might have to reboot computer in-between testing ?) :
