Native Access won't offer install action, only 'Add library'

I recently bought third party developer's bundle from NI, 8Dio - Modern Scoring Bundle NKS Store. Instruments show correctly in Native Access, but no install-action is available, only Add library. Which is of course useless, I haven't installed those products yet.

I'm on 2019 Intel Mac, Ventura.

You probably need to refer to the documentation that accompanied those libraries. You may need to manually enter an activation key, or possibly run a separate install procedure to activate them. Maybe that's what "Add Library" does.

I opened a support ticket and NI said to install the newest version of Native Access.

I can't post the link…but its called "Native Access 2" - search for that and install

I was able to install the bundle with the "new" Native Access. Why NI didn't just update their original Native Access program I don't know. But nevertheless problem solved for me.

There is no separate serial key to add. I also created ticket to support and just got links to instruments as zip files in google drive. Insanely slow to download from there, still in progress. And so far one of the zip files was corrupted. A bit disappointing, but hope this will be fixed in future-

Please download the latest version of the Native Access using this link: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/ and this issue should have been fixed in the new version.

If not, the correct way is opening a ticket and requesting the direct download link as you already did, if you are having any issues with one of the direct download links please let me know so I can send you the correct ones☺️
