Hello everybody

I work with Maschine+, Keyboard S49 MK2 and Maschine2 software. Since I got my new iMac, M3, Sonoma 14.5, I no longer have any sound output from my keyboard. The sound works normally from Maschine+, on the S49 MK2 keyboard the key lights come on but there is no sound to hear when I play from on the keys.

According to NI the S49 MK2 keyboard must be compatible with iMac M3!

I saw on the NI site the solution to go through Users & Group, and add NIHardwareAgent and/or NIHostIntegrationAgent, but im my version of Sonoma 14.5 the window is completely different and I can't do anything.

I hope that somebody can help me… Thanks René

What audio interface are you using and have you got your inputs and outputs configured correctly?

And it goes without saying the S49MK2 is simply a controller - it does not make any sounds by itself.

You need to trigger everything via your DAW or Komplete Kontrol.

Another tip - is to ensure you are using Komplete Kontrol v2.9.6 for a MKII keyboard.
