problem with kk instances in DAW (fixed instrument page ((parameters cannot be modified)

When I use the instruments in a komplete kontrol instance in my DAW (cubase 13 pro), the instrument page on which I am supposed to be able to modify the parameters is frozen (I see it correctly but I cannot access the different parameters which can be manipulated from my komplete keyboard??

I don't know if it's in links but when I open KONTAKT7 (not the old version); I have an instrument download page but it never ends up showing up???? I don't have this problem when I open a new project, it's only when there are several instances & I would like to point out that all my updates are done on native access

can you please be a bit more specific, like I load one instance of instrument x and another of instrument x then I can't manipulate instrument y parameters on screen or from keyboard. Also try to check for the plugin versions on your older projects, even if with cubase it should use kontakt 7 automatically. Have you tried to re load the sound in one of those projects?
