Massive X not in applications

Everything is working fine, but I am just curious. Why are FM8, Kontakt, Massive, … as apps in the NI folder in the applications folder, but not Massive X. That just has documentation in its folder?

MacMini M2pro, Sonoma 14.2

    There's no standalone version of Massive X, it's only available as a plugin. That's why there's nothing in the application folder.
