failure open GL 2.0 or directX 9 or higher was not found on this computer

I have this notification when I open traktor pro 3

"failure open GL 2.0 or directX 9 or higher was not found on this computer"

All my graphical drivers are updated (AMD Radeon and Geforce RTX 3050 laptop gpu)

I have the last version of traktor pro, the last version of the X1 driver

What can I do to fix this problem?

In the meantime you can try to uninstall and reinstall the software.

Try installing this one : DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)

And then if problem persists try installing latest driver for the RTX3050 manufacturer.

Else also you can check if you need to set the primary graphics adapter to RTX3050 in the laptop BIOS ?
