Not Receiving E-mails from Native Instruments

Wasn't quite sure where to post this . . .

I've registered my Maschine + but I did not get an email with the two vouchers. Or an email acknowledging the registration. When I registered my Komplete S49 last year I received an email almost immediately. I tried to submit a support ticket with the AI chatbot. It told me that a ticket was created and that it would appear in my inbox withing 2-3 minutes, but I still don't see any NI emails. I've checked my spam folder and there are no recent NI emails there.

I did send an unsubscribe request last year about a week after I got the S49, so perhaps that is why I'm not getting any emails? I'd like to get some assistance on getting those e-vouchers but I'm not sure how to resolve this since it looks like communication may be closed on my end.
