Cant update Kontakt 7 in Windows 11

The update in Window 11 is not working. I tried the fix tool from NI but this doesn't solve the problem. When I tried to uninstall Kontakt it appeared the install file is missing. Can I uninstall Kontakt manually and the reinstall?

    What update in Windows 11 ? , Windows 11 update does not update N.I. software you use Native Access for that.

    Also what is your version of Native Access ? and what is your version of Kontakt ?

    First check if you can uninstall using Windows uninstaller or Native Access uninstaller ,

    Then run the NI reg tool and remove the Kontakt product reference if there .

    Then remove Kontakt product folder from C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\

    Then delete the Kontakt file from C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

    Then reboot PC and see if that will let you re-install Kontakt
