Why can't I get Gravity to activate?

I bought Gravity and can't get it to work or activate in Kontact 6 Player

    the problem is fixed


    I had a 20 year old account still active which had several software registered to it . They were able to merge it with my current account and all is well

    Have you installed Gravity with Native Access? How does it show there? Have you tried to open it in Kontakt 6 in standalone?
