I can't activate my Maschine Studio Hardware

I wanted to make this quetstion because I bought a Maschine Studio and an audio interface in Chile for my son, I did it on marketplace by facebook and I received it with its license. The problem is that the license is already used by another owner and I'm not allowed to use it on my son's computer. Here is the voucher of the purchase, the MASCHINE and the MASCHINE license. If you can do something to help me I would be very grateful.

@Jeremy_NI the thing is that i dont know the seller of the maschine, i dont have a way to request the transfer ID…
