How to do a fresh re-install?

I have previously bought and installed various plugins on Native Access. I have the serials. But my native access says "locate" and most of the programs were bought like three computers ago. I do not have them on my current pc but it still says locate instead of install. Is there a way to download again???

@Mike Milanczuk After checking your account, it looks like you only have Komplete Start and Impact Soundworks products.

From Impact Soundworks website: A few of our libraries are hosted directly on Native Access's server, meaning you can add them directly to Kontakt with no extra steps or need for Pulse. Those libraries are:

• Shreddage 3 Free Stratus
• Shreddage 3 Free Precision
• The 88E
• Modern Harpejji"

@Mike Milanczuk Then you should simply click on Install. Can you post a screenshot of your Native Access? What version of Native Access are you using? What's your operating system?

Jeremy, i don't have the option to install in Native Access. Only to LOCATE. I have Native Access 2. Newest update
