Komplete Kontrol S49 MKII not connecting to Mac OS USB

Hi everyone,
I wonder if someone has any ideas on how to get my Komplete Kontrol to reconnect with my M1 Mac (OS 12.7.4). It all worked fine until yesterday and now is not seen when plugged into my Mac. I have tried different USB cables and have unistalled and reinstalled apps etc. I have also gone through the "if hardware is not working check these…" list and all seems okay.

When connected, the S49 is receiving power as all the LEDs pulse, but that is as much as it does. If I check the Mac's MIDI Studio window I see my other MIDI devices connected, but Komplete Kontrol S49 MKII is not.

Would anyone have any experience of this issue or know what do/try?

Have you tried these steps? My Komplete Kontrol Keyboard Does Not Start

If that didn't help, please try the keyboard on a different computer, if iy behaves in the same way, it's most probably a hardware issue and you should get in touch with our Hardware syupport here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware

Yes, I have already tried what you suggest without success, so surmised that it was probably more of a hardware issue. Thanks for HW link. I will follow it up.
