Not transferable license solution

Hi everybody, I wanna sell my Maschine plus that i bought second hand but it seems that i cannot transfer the license anymore to another buyer.

Can i just change the Email adress and name from my account to that from the buyer? Would there be any difference at all? i don´t have any other NI gear so i don´t need the account anymore.
