Kontrol S-Series MK3 buttons don't work, programs crash logic

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Kontrol S-Series Mk3. I purchased it sometime in February, and followed all the instructions. I downloaded Native Access, plugging in keyboard and added serial number, installed hardware connection service, updated firmware, and installed the software. Back then, I was using an iMac that was purchased around 2020. However I immediately started having some issues. Kontakt wouldn’t load anything because it said it was too old (there were no updates on NA). Kontakt 7 could only load some synths, but other would cause Logic to crash (like Hypha or Ethereal Earth). Sometimes Hybrid keys could be opened, other times it would crash Logic. Massive and Reaktor could be opened without crashing.
On top of that, after a couple of uses, the right side of my keyboard seemed to stop working. Only the DAW button could be highlighted, and the DAW screen could be showed. The plugin or browser buttons wouldn’t work.
I stopped trying to solve these issues, because I thought it would be too difficult to figure out. Last month I bought the recent iMac, and tried again to fix the issues. I went through the steps again, including redownloading software. The plugin/browser buttons still stopped working after one use, and the same programs would crash Logic. After that, I enabled Full Disk Access to all the programs, and I bought $200 Bonelk Long-Life 14 in 1 multiport USB-C Hub, but the same problems still persist.
Now there is a new problem, where there is a slight delay when I press down on the keys and sound comes out.
I’m not very good with computers and tech, so I don’t really know what to do. Do you have any advice on how to fix my keyboard so I can use it to its fullest extent with Logic on my iMac?
I'm not sure (so take this with a grain of salt), but maybe the browser/plugin buttons work at the beginning, until a synth/instrument crashes Logic, and then more stuff goes wrong?

I would suggest you get in touch with customer support to help methodically root cause this.
They can run you through fresh setup steps, and help remove any problematic older configurations.
