Kontakt 7/instruments not showing up in Pro Tools

MacBook Pro M3 running Sonoma 14.4.1, Pro Tools 2024.3.1, Installed and updated Kontakt 7 to 7.10.2 and other instruments. Only insert that shows up is Massive. No Kontakt, though it flashes that it's loading on the PT startup window. I can run in stand-alone. Anyone else experience this?

@Brian Standefer There aheve been a lot of reports of issues with Kontakt 7 and M2/M3 Macs, I'm wondering if yours could be related and ProTools is blocking the Kontakt 7 plug-in. More info here: Kontakt 7 causing Kernel panic shutoff on Mac Studio! (KT-8785)

Can you load Komplete Kontrol inside ProTools?

Can you post a screenshot of which instruments are showing?

Thank you Jeremy, another issue developed where the HD driver wasn't loading and related to the article you posted. We solved that one, and was able to load library plugins by deleting them from Library/Application support/Avid/audio/plugins and then running PT, quitting and reinstalling. Here's something interesting: going to Library via option+GO didn't reveal the plugins folder, but going to library via the finder window did reveal it…go figure. Anyway, thank you for your help.
