360 Subscription Tier comparison page needs some "clean up"

The page that shows content of the 3 tiers of 360 is a bit muddled.

There are several stray Massive X Expansions that are not grouped with the other Massive X Expansions.

The Play Series should be grouped together

And having effects plugins grouped together would be very helpful too.

As it is, it is more difficult to assess than it should be.

A quick cleanup should be done ASAP as people are getting familiar with it.
