Komplete Kontrol allows for preset browsing. Maybe what you have is a/some Battery 4 compatible expansion(s) that has preset listed if you select the Battery 4 ?

Thank you , yes, that makes sense , you got some compatible presets but not the (Battery 4) app to use the presets.
