Knob cc 72 is faulty on my mk3. Can i somehow deactivate the knob???

The problem is it keeps triggering generally coursing the sample to reverse, is very frustrating and wrecks my whole flow. can i turn it off some how without having to use the controller in midi mode etc.

Or any ideas on any solutions??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To be 100% sure, you are experiencing this in the Maschine software? Unfortunately it is not possible to turn a knob off in that situation. If the knob is sending constant values, even when not touching it, then please get in touch with our hardware support: https://bit.ly/NI_support_Hardware
