Sorry , as far as I know then N.I. does not issue any old or older versions if purchasing a newer.
If the Guitar Rig 7 Pro can not run on your OS then I think that you can get a refund by contacting N.I. Purchase Support .
Otherwise I think that the only other option is to buy a secondhand license for either Guitar Rig 6 Pro or Komplete 14 Standard or better which comes with Guitar Rig 6 Pro. : N.I. Forum Buy / Sell / Trade , Quote Matt_NI : All you need to know about License Transfer

You have not been ignored, I am not a company representative only a Moderator, but you have been given links to contact support and if you need any 'company response' then you have to contact support with your issue. All I can do is to call for @Jeremy_NI to see if he has anything that he wants to add ?
