I bought Kontakt 7 update for £44.50 as I own Kontakt 6 and it doesn't show on either Native Access 1 or 2. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the preferences etc etc. I checked my order history and it states that its a Kontakt 7 bundle update, which apparently does not include the full version of Kontakt 7.
After I bought it, It states in the attached image that I am no eligible for cheaper pricing. Why have you taken my money only to tell me after that it is not an update to Kontakt 7 and trying to make me pay a further £134 to purchase it? This is theft and I would like a refund.
