Kontakt 7 Update

I bought Kontakt 7 update for £44.50 as I own Kontakt 6 and it doesn't show on either Native Access 1 or 2. I have tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the preferences etc etc. I checked my order history and it states that its a Kontakt 7 bundle update, which apparently does not include the full version of Kontakt 7.

After I bought it, It states in the attached image that I am no eligible for cheaper pricing. Why have you taken my money only to tell me after that it is not an update to Kontakt 7 and trying to make me pay a further £134 to purchase it? This is theft and I would like a refund.

    You bought the right thing actually. "Kontakt 7 Bundle" is (likely) called like that because it includes the full version of Kontakt 7, the Factory Library 2 and some other stuff.

    Like mykejb said, an old OS can be the reason for products not showing up inside Native Access.

    Kontakt needs at least macOS 12 (Monterey) per the System Requirements.

    Which Mac model and version of MacOS are you running? You need to be running Big Sur Monterey or higher for Kontakt 7. That might not be the problem, but it's the first thing to check.

    Oops … yep needs Monterey not Big Sur as @Monochrome pointed out - clearly I forgot how to type when I looked it up😂
