Kontrol S61 No images ok product on My Screen

Hi , Everbody

I Recently bought a Kontrol S61 , I realize the settings on my Laptop , Everything Works , It was great , But when I would like to use my Keyboard on my Desktop Computeur , No Images appear on my screen and The Play assist doesn't worl at all

I was very disapointed , for a Keyboard at this price!!

My keyboard works with Kontakt in Standalone , In Komplete Kontrol also , in Analog lab Pro and In Cubase Pro , does anyone has the same problem or have a solution to me

it's really strange

I don't understand

Please provide exact information. Such as please confirm exact model number of your keyboard (sounds like S61 MK3), What is the specific OS version(s) concerning the complaint(s) ? The 'desktop' sounds Windows , if then which version ?

Concerning complaint : "No Images appear on my screen" , then no images where ? On keyboard screen ? What images ?

Concerning complaint : "The Play assist doesn't work at all" , I think that 'play assist' might not be implemented yet for S-Series MK3 keyboards but ought to be implemented soon.

When I talked about the Images , I have no pictures of instruments in Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol on the screen of my Keyboard

Did you update the firmware on the Kontrol S61 MK3 when it were attached to the 'Laptop' ?

I work on Windows 11 , my Os Version is 1.5.7

Sorry , I have been unable to find any Windows 11 with version number or build number 1.5.7 ?

However it is very important that the Windows are updated to newest version of Windows to make sure that it actually have the USB-C drivers fix needed built in.

There should be 'pictures on the screen of your keyboard when running the Komplete Kontrol app on your computer. When there is not then that to me suggests a driver or connection issue.

There has been exposed a number of undocumented issues with different computer USB-C drivers and chips sets which might have impacted your experience here. So you are encouraged to try another USB port , including using an USB-C to A port adapter (and use and A port) while at the same time attach an USB-C PSU capable of USB-C PD (minimum 20W is suggested by me) to the keyboards power port while also use a cable capable of Power Delivery.
