Maschine plus live loop playback

Hello,

I'm trying to live sample with the Maschine plus.

I've followed all instructions in the manual - input source, recording mode (loop), length (4 bars), target (Sound). But the bassline that I'm recording is not instantly played back after recording as described in the manual.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
