KK MK2 driver installation & FL Studio integration

hey guys

ive just purchased a mk2 kk of marketplace and a brand new hp laptop (windows 11) to start making music, i know ive connected it right cause im recieving a signal but my device manager is saying (code 10/code 28) drivers not installed?

ive downloaded the mk2 drivers of native access and once i go to scan for my mk2 nothing shows?

is there something else im missing or needing to download because nothing i have is recognizing my mk2

any help would be much appreciated

Did you follow the setup instructions for the MK2 outlined in the documentation?

Yup sure did just downloaded kk v2.9.5 and it's connecting now just having problems with the daw in fl studio n it seems to be a problem for a few bt cheers

I don't use Windows, but this seems to be a Windows related issue. As long as you have registered your device in native access and downloaded the drivers I don't think you have missed anything on that side. You are probably best looking on the computer side as to whether your drivers are all up to date or if they need reinstalling. There are a number of articles relating to this you may have looked at, but this is a more recent one.

Also 2.9.6 is the final update for KK 2.0.
