There's a page here that explains how to transfer hardware and software - Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

If you want to transfer a product licence but the transfer page says "Not transferable" you'll need to contact support to find out why. This is the starting point, and there's a link at the bottom of the page to contact support.

@mikewazowski Are you still having the issue? I checked and it seems like the license transfer are coming through.
