Mallet Flux will not show up in Komp Kontrol

hey there,

I have been trying to figure out why I cant get Mallet Flux to show up in Komplete Kontrol standalone and Plugin version when its downloaded, all the destinations are correct, etc... I have uninstalled it, re-downloaded multiple times, opened up standalone komplete kontrol and kontakt to scan it in before using it in Komp Kontrol plugin in my daw and yet still shows up as no results found. I go into Native Access, its there. The content is in all locations and it is the only instrument/Library that wont show up. I have Komplete 14 Ultimate in case anyone was wondering so i know i own it. If anyone has any tips as to why this could be happening id much appreciate it. It is driving me nuts. I am using an external hard drive for the suggest library content. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you everyone

    i tested and it shows up in kontakt 6 fine but does not show up in kontakt 7
