How to make Kontrol keyboard knobs record cc/automation data.

Hi, I've just been playing with the S61 MK3 NI keyboard and really enjoying it, but there is one issue that is annoying me a bit.

So I loaded up Zebra2 HZ, found a preset, and saw that you can control things like Filter and Effects using some of the knobs above the keys. So I recorded some midi into Studio One, it recorded what I played and the modwheel data just fine. Then on the second take I wanted to tweak those knobs so I pressed record, turned the knows, but no data was input. I tried all kinds of ways but it never seems to record what I'm doing, which is strange because it registers the modwheel just fine?

The knobs do actually work and are assigned correctly because when I turn them I can hear the audible difference it is making, it just isn't recording what I'm doing...

You need arm automation recording in the host (eg latch or touch mode preferably)
