Komplete Kontrol software question (drag and drop)

I observed that Kontakt 8 also has Loops and One Shots tabs, so I wonder if it means we can browse Expansions via Kontakt 8 too. I seriously hope Komplete Kontrol 3 gets drag and drop on release of Komplete 15.

I think it’s very much due to the modal switching between browser and plugin views which makes drag and drop from the browser into the plugin that is hosted (or sampler module) impossible as they can’t be on screen at the same time
Not sure why It also had to affect the other use case of dragging into DAWS but maybe that’s just a by product of the above

Good point, thanks. I did realize this a couple of days back when I took a closer look at the differences (between KK2 and KK3) and thought harder.
Looking forward to some updates on this, as this is the most obvious and good feature that's missing, and apart from this I am not really sure what's even on the table for Komplete Kontrol software.

Kontakt 8 features drag and drop functionality. Looks like Komplete Kontrol should get it soon. Thank you, NI.

That’s what I’m hoping, it would be daft not to restore the side browser and drag and drop to KK too now that Kontakt has gone back to one

Is my main hope, if the side browser were to come back and sub banks were to be fixed I would be one happy camper. Just too many plugins now don't show a GUI when in Live in KK V2 which makes things a tad difficult.

I do love the irony that NI removed the Komplete Kontrol side browser and drag and drop, after basing KK3 on the K7 Browser, but now finally see the utility of such an interface design. I just hope this refreshing logic does find its way back into KK3
