Why doesn't Kontakt 7 show up in my iMac

I have 2 machines, an iMac running Ventura 13.6.4

A MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.2.1

Using Native Access I upgraded to Kontakt 7 on my Air and tried to update to Kontakt 7 on my iMac. Kontakt doesn't upgrade on the iMac. All I get is version 6 which won't work with a few Kontakt libraries that I NEED for a project. I also have 6 NI libraries that won't update. They get stuck at "Download failed"

On top of all this behavior I CAN'T LOGIN TO SUPPORT! Which is why I'm posting here and yet have NO ISSUES getting to this site.

Anyone have any idea what the hell is going on?? And can anyone get in touch with support for me so I don't have to change my password.

BTW I am running Studio One 6 Pro. Again, it works fine on the Air but is throwing all these errors on the iMac

    @joeb3651 Hopefully this was a temporary issue. You might want to try again, as we have now a live chat, it was introduced yesterday, so maybe it was just a hiccup. However I've created a ticket for you and forwarded it to my colleagues. They should get back to you soon.
