I cant find Traktor Pro 2 in my Native Access

I recently bought Traktor Kontrol S4s second hand, and got access to the old owners account. This owner had numerous programs, however I just need access to Traktor Pro 2 to be able to practice DJing. In my Native Access account it is listed in my products however does not show up under Native Access, what can I do?

If on Mac then Traktor Pro 2 is not compatible with macOS 10.15 or higher

If on Windows , then I am not sure , are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS ? (you should be unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads)

Else try turning on show legacy in Native Access settings and then check the Available / Not installed tab , ref. : Where Can I Download the TRAKTOR Installer?

Else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If problem persists then contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support !

It seems like I have Traktor Scratch Pro 2, is this the same as Traktor Pro 2? Otherwise I cannot figure out how to install it.

Traktor Scratch Pro 2 is the same as Traktor Pro 2, with DVS support.
