my kontrol s61 mk3 is not reconizing the NKS2 hardware banner.webp file of mine third party plugin. on the mk2 it was working well. does someone knows this issue ? (Kontak & komplete kontrole)

Hey there, would have been nice to include the name of the said instrument, I could find it thanks to the picture you posted, even though the picture was posted in the wrong direction. I assume this is this product: https://avflexso.nl/product/sranang-kawina-drong-v-2/

It doesn't mention NKS integration, NKS 1 or 2. I would contact the manufaturer then.
