Session Horns , smart voice split not working (Mac)

Session horns. Smart voice split is not working. In fact all instruments are combined when I play any key. Does anyone have a solution for this?

If you have a specific problem with Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt (you do not tell which app/plugin is used!) then please open a thread of your own in the appropriate Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol sub-forum and give all necessary information including computer type , OS version , Native Access version , Kontakt version , Komplete Kontrol version , and any other info that might be of help including error messages, an eventual sceenshot of problem and what you have done to troubleshoot so far! Or alternatively contact N.I. Kontakt Support or N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support right away instead !

Also , does this happen also when using kontakt / Konplete Kontrol as stand alone or only in a DAW ?

This happens in stand alone kontakt 7 and with Logic Pro. I’m using a Mac Studio os Sonoma.

I don't know anything about smart voice split , but have created a new discussion for you since your question were not exactly the same as what you posted in and to increase the possibility of you actually getting an useful answer !
