Kontakt 7 Upgrade from Komplete 14 standard ?

Hello, 

I own the Komplete 14 standard and I just paid the update for Kontakt 7 but I have the feeling that I just made a duplicate and that I was already up to date at this level. Native Access doesn't offer me any updates... Am I missing something?

I don't think that you need to worry , most likely there will be no problem in a case like this if you approach support as already suggested by Mykejb and explain the situation !

Komplete 14 does include Kontakt 7, so it should be showing in Native Access. Do you have the latest version of Native Access installed (3.9.1)? If you have an older version you can download the latest from here - Downloads | Support (native-instruments.com)

If do have the latest version and K7 still isn't shown I'd suggest putting in a support ticket and explaining the problem. I'd hope that if you bought the update and you already had it in your account that NI would be able to issue a refund. You can add a support ticket here - Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

I own Kontakt 7, included in the Komplete 14 bundle. I use Kontakt 7 which is present and up to date in my bundle. When I went to the N.I website yesterday, they offered me a Kontakt7 Maj for €50. I thought I'd be able to benefit from extra instruments or something... but there's nothing, and no update of Kontakt7 on Native Access either. I feel like I spent my money for nothing
